You get confirmation
When the work is complete, we send you the official state-issued receipt confirming your client is filed and fully compliant. Your referral reflects well on you, we make sure of it.

Before you refer:
Do you pay referral fees?
Our arrangement with attorneys is simple: no fees, ever. Just fast, reliable work that reflects well on you, consistent with professional conduct rules. For accountants and other professionals, we're glad to discuss arrangements individually; most of our partners prefer reciprocal referrals, which we actively provide.
Will you try to sell my client add-ons?
No. The flat fee covers the complete job. If a client asks about something outside our scope, we'll tell them plainly and (where appropriate) suggest they speak with you.
How will I know the work was done?
You'll receive a confirmation from us when your client's filing and publication are complete. If you ever want a status in between, call the referral line and a person who knows the file will tell you.
My client formed through LegalZoom years ago. Is publication still an issue?
Do you do work outside New York?
We also handle Delaware, Wyoming, New Jersey as well as all 50 states. Publication is a New York requirement, and it's our specialty.
