HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
 

• After we receive your order, we manually review it for accuracy and completeness.

• If you requested an EIN, we will be emailing you shortly with a document to e-sign. Please watch your email (and spam) for that. We can't proceed until we get that signed document back.

• Once we receive the e-signed document, we proceed with the rest of the process.

• We initially set up your LLC using our address as the registered agent, which allows us to publish in Rockland County using our address --this is how we save you so much money on publishing costs.

• When all is ready, we deliver your LLC documents by email and begin the publishing process, which can take several months but does not prevent you from doing business from Day One.

• We will then remove ourselves as registered agent.
