Questions we get all the time
Do I really have to publish?
Yes, if your LLC is formed in New York. Two newspapers, six consecutive weeks, then affidavits and a Certificate of Publication filed with the state. Skipping it suspends your LLC's authority to do business. Here is the whole process.
Do I need to file a BOI report?
No. Companies formed in the United States were exempted in March 2025, so this is not something you need and not something we sell.
Can you help if I formed my LLC somewhere else?
Yes. Publication, biennial statements, name and address changes, dissolutions, DBAs and foreign registrations are all things we do for LLCs we did not form.
Are you a law firm?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We do not provide legal advice or legal services. What we do is government filings, and we have done a great many of them.
